The Group OBA Hortifruti is a corporation governed by its Bylaws, by Law No. 6.404, of December 15, 1976, as amended (“Corporate Law”), by the Regulation of the Novo Mercado of B3 SA – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (“Regulation of the Novo Mercado” and “B3”, respectively) and other applicable legal provisions (“Company”).
The Company’s share capital is BRL 91,438,041.56 (ninety-one million, four hundred and thirty-eight thousand, forty-one reais and fifty-six cents), divided into 2,781,220 (two million, seven hundred and eighty-one thousand, two hundred and twenty) ordinary shares, all nominative, registered and without par value.
Of the Company’s shares, 54.88% are held by Mr. Carlos Roberto Alves, 30% by Crala Empreendimentos e Participações Ltda, 7% by Mr. Raimundo Desiderio Alves Caetano, 3, 22% Luiz Las – Casas Alves, 1.40% by Mr. Alex Alves dos Santos Brito and 3,5% by shares held by others.
